RETURNS & REFUNDS

All ready made items can be returned for a full refund if you notify us by email at hello@mightnightlettering.co.uk within 5 days. Please be sure to send us an email before returning anything so that we can advise you on the best way to do so. 

If you are sending back a return please ensure all items are securely packaged, because we can not be held responsible for any damage or breakages while in transit. We also recommend asking for a proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned items because we can not be held responsible for anything that gets lost along the way. 

When it comes to any personalised items these can not be returned. Unless it is faulty or we have made an error in producing it. We will always make exactly what it says in the order form though, so please be super careful when filling in this information. 

Regardless of all of this, no matter the problem, please do get in touch if there was anything that wasn't as you expected or you were not happy with. We will do our very best to help get you what you want and make things all nice for you again. 

If we do agree to refund your order, we'll ensure that any payments are processed within 24 hours of confirming this with you. However, we are dependent on the speed of the banks for the exact time the refund will reach you. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If you feel a rush of blood to the head after ordering and would like to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us straight away by email hello@midnightlettering.co.uk. We will hold off on making your items, or getting things sent out by post. 

If however we have made any personalised items or we have already popped your items in the post, we will pick this up in line with our returns policy. Don't be shy about asking though, as we want you to be happy with your order and we'll be accommodating as possible, if you need to make any changes.
